This sweet and sensitive bloke is one to befriend the ladies. He is a protector of his friends and doesn't get on with most of his family. He is not one for fighting and is often the calm voice of reason when friends are arguing. He is the kind of bloke to sit up all night and listen to his friend burst into tears over an ex-boyfriend then break out the chocolate and icecream to make her feel better. He is the bloke that waits up in the middle of the night for his friends to return from dates, just to make sure that they got home ok.

Kane connects better with girls than he ever has with the blokes so he is likely to have more female friends than male. He is gay, first and foremost, and only his very close friends know that (at this stage its only Grace and Simone but I'll allow maybe two more). He is the exact opposite of his twin brother, Brandon, and hates the fact that everyone confuses the pair; only close friends would be able to tell them apart because Kane would have told them how to. He does not judge by age, gender, house or anything like that but is less likely to associate with those involved in the rivalry groups.

If your friends with his brother you fit into this category. Brandon is always making Kane's life miserable and his friends follow suit. Most of Kane's rivals and enemies believe him to be a player and a ladies man because of the number of females he hangs out with so this can be used in plotting if you wish.

Kane is gay so he will only be actually dating males. However; firstly there are few people who know so he will have a couple of close female friends who cover for him and who he pretends to date. Secondly he never started dating males exclusively until fifth year so he will have ex-girlfriends and ex-boyfriends. The other person would have to understand why he was keeping his sexuality a secret (mainly because of his family's unaccepting nature).
